Welcome! This is a website devoted to one of my favorite hobbies, re-creating medieval and renaissance recipes, mostly from Spain. I became interested in historical cooking through of my involvement with the Society for Creative Anachronism. In the SCA, I'm known as Mistress Brighid ni Chiarain.
